What we collect

When you use the quote form on this site, we collect the details you choose to give us — typically your name, suburb or address, phone number, email address (optional), the services you're interested in, and any notes you add. We don't ask for anything else.

We don't run analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising trackers on this site. The only background data the site uses is what your browser sends to load the page (standard server logs from our hosting provider).

Why we collect it

So we can get back to you about your tree work — give a quote, arrange a site visit, schedule the job, and send an invoice. That's it. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.

How it's stored

Quote-form submissions are delivered to our business email through Web3Forms, a form-relay service. Your message lives in our email inbox and our job records. We keep details only as long as needed to do the work and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations under New Zealand law.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email andrewtreeservices@gmail.com or call 021 088 17906 and we'll sort it out.

This site may link to third-party websites (e.g. our Google Business Profile or social pages). We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — check their own policies before sharing information with them.
