Quotes & work performed

Tree work itself — once we agree on it in writing and turn up to do it — is covered by the quote and any written terms we provide for that job, plus our public liability insurance. These website terms only cover use of the website, not the work we do on the ground.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, photos, logos and design — is owned by Andrew Tree Services or used with permission. Don't copy, republish or use it for another business without our written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any dispute will be dealt with in the New Zealand courts.
